Sous Chef – Indian Cuisine | Job Duties<\/b>
<\/h3>
  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food production
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes (North & South Indian, Tandoor, Curries, Biryani, Gravies)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all Indian menu items
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, commis chefs, and helpers
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety (HACCP)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Assist in menu planning, recipe standardization, and new dish development
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and stock rotation (FIFO)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • 4+ years of working experience as a <\/b>Sous Chef or similar<\/b><\/span> role<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong knowledge of Indian Cuisine techniques
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to work in a fast -paced, high -volume kitchen environment
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Physically fit and able to work long hours if required
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Age limit:<\/b> Below <\/b><\/span>35 years<\/b>
