Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation

Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and courteously

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards

Manage cash handling and billing transactions responsibly

Prior front office experience in a hotel (3 -star hotel background preferred)
<\/p><\/li>
Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam/Hindi is an advantage)

Pleasing personality with a customer -focused attitude

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS software
<\/p><\/li>
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
