Responsibilities
Lead and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to company policies.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.
Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance service quality.
Coordinate banquet events and special functions, ensuring all guest needs are met.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service.
Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure food quality meets established standards.
Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation.
Experience
Proven experience in a management role within the food industry is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Experience in inventory control and cost management.
Familiarity with bartending practices and bar management is a plus.
Background in hospitality with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Knowledge of kitchen management practices is advantageous.
