The Head Chef will lead kitchen operations and deliver high-quality Indian and Continental cuisine with stylish presentation that matches Fashion TV Café’s premium brand standards.
Plan and execute a diverse menu featuring Indian (tandoor, curries, appetizers) and Continental (pastas, grills, salads, sandwiches) dishes.
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
Train and supervise kitchen staff across Indian & Continental sections.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance at all times.
Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination.
Control food cost, minimize waste, and maintain recipe standards.
Collaborate with management for menu updates, promotions, and events.
5+ years of experience in professional kitchens, with strong expertise in Indian & Continental cuisines.
Culinary degree/diploma preferred.
Strong leadership, creativity, and ability to perform under pressure.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
