Head Chef – Independently Run Gastropub

We are delighted to be assisting an independent, family-run gastropub set in a picturesque village in the Cotswolds, just 5 miles from Lechlade. They are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead and inspire their closeknit kitchen brigade of 3.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Chef…

• £40,000 per annum plus £12,000 service charge
• Set days off – Monday and Tuesday
• Early finish on Sundays
• Supportive, friendly owners
• Cooking a variety of flavoursome dishes

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…

• Creating a variety of high-quality pub classics to please the palates of guests
• Showcasing your kitchen management skills and motivating the kitchen brigade
• Sharing your wealth of culinary knowledge and expertise
• Taking charge of kitchen operations to ensure a wonderful dining experience

Serving a variety of delicious and elevated pub classics to 100 covers a day, this is an excellent opportunity for a creative Head Chef to showcase their culinary and kitchen management skills.
