We are delighted to be assisting a charming gastropub with rooms that’s bursting with character. Set in the picture-perfect village of Bourton-on-the-Water, they are known for their warm welcome and hearty, comforting dishes. They are now looking for a Head Chef to lead their small brigade of five and put their stamp on a well-established kitchen.

• 45 hours per week, over 5 days

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…

• Leading a passionate kitchen team of 5, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Serving up delicious, comforting food that guests want to come back for
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, stock control and ordering
• Working closely with the FOH team to deliver a joined-up guest experience
• Supporting and developing your team to bring out their best
