We are so excited to be assisting a unique restaurant concept set in a beautifully restored period building in the heart of the Cotswolds. This refined venue is passionate about open-fire cooking, bold flavours, and delivering an exceptional dining experience. They’re seeking an experienced Chef De Partie with a background in rosetted establishments and high-volume kitchens to join their talented team.

• £35,000 per annum plus circa £3,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…

• Leading your section to maintain consistency and quality across high-volume service
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to uphold the highest culinary standards
• Assisting in menu planning and food preparation, ensuring precision in every dish
• Managing mise en place and ensuring smooth service operations
• Upholding food safety and hygiene regulations to the highest standard
