Were hiring a Head Chef / Culinary Director to shape and scale the culinary vision across three core verticals: prepared meals (retail SKUs), a dine-in kitchen, and large-format events. This is a rare opportunity to build something meaningful with full access to exceptional local ingredients, and to do it alongside a passionate team that values innovation, transparency, and flavor above all.
Youll bring ideas to life across multiple platformsfrom online to on-siteand work in lockstep with sourcing, operations, and marketing to deliver a product thats not only delicious but operationally sound and scalable.
