Private Chef- Bedford, NY

Our client, a couple residing in Bedford, New York, is seeking a talented and professional Full-Time Chef. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthy, Mediterranean-style cuisine and a strong understanding of fresh, seasonal ingredients. 

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare daily lunch and dinner for the couple, focusing on healthy Mediterranean-style dishes. 

• Plan weekly menus and execute all grocery shopping, ensuring high-quality, fresh ingredients. 

• Prepare meals in advance that can be reheated later in the week as needed. 

• Maintain a clean, well-organized kitchen,  

• Provide support for weekend events, with flexibility to adjust schedule as required. 

Requirements: 

• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and health-conscious meal preparation. 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

• Discreet, professional, and respectful of the household’s privacy. 

• Flexibility to travel a PLUS  

Schedule: 
Full-time, with core hours focused on lunch and dinner prep. Flexibility required for weekend events.
