Head Chef – Award-Winning Fine Dining Restaurant

Job Description

We are delighted to continue collaborating with an award-winning fine-dining restaurant based in beautiful South Wales. They are looking for a creative Head Chef to join the established kitchen brigade in their prestigious Michelin Starred restaurant.

You will need your own mode of transport due to the location of the restaurant.

• Up to £55,000 package per annum including £10,000 to £14,000 service charge
• Working 4 days per week

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…

• Creating a variety of high-quality dishes which align with the restaurant’s high standards of excellence
• Collaborating with the Chef Director to ensure a positive working environment
• Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the kitchen brigade
• Getting creative in the kitchen and making the most of the very best ingredients Wales has to offer
• Taking advantage of the tailored training and development plan provided by the group

Working closely alongside the restaurant’s one-of-a-kind Chef Director, this is an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef looking to take guests on a culinary journey to remember as you craft unforgettable dishes made using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.
