With its own expansive kitchen garden, the hotel is looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef who has a passion for fine dining. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients, crafting exceptional dishes that showcase the best of what’s grown on-site.

• £33,550 per annum plus circa £8,000 service charge (After passing your 3-month probation)

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…

• Crafting a variety of unforgettable fine-dining dishes
• Running various sections of the kitchen as and when required  
• Making the most of the fresh, seasonal ingredients grown on the grounds of the hotel
• Supervising, training and coaching other members of the team
• Maintaining positive working relationships with every member of the team
• Attending high-quality training sessions provided by the hotel
