<\/p>As Head Chef, you are
responsible for the daily culinary operations and for ensuring consistent
quality, organisation, and leadership within the kitchen.<\/span>

<\/p>- Preparing and supervising hot and cold dishes
in line with the restaurant’s culinary standards.<\/span>
<\/li>- Organising and overseeing mise -en -place and
daily kitchen operations.<\/span>
<\/li>- Managing orders, stock levels, and supplier
follow -up.<\/span>
<\/li>- Controlling deliveries and ensuring product
quality and freshness.<\/span>
<\/li>- Creating staff schedules and organising
kitchen planning.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensuring cleanliness, order, and compliance
with hygiene and food safety standards.<\/span>
<\/li>- Actively participating in service to guarantee
smooth execution and quality.<\/span>
<\/li>- Leading, motivating, and developing the
kitchen team with a strong people -oriented approach.<\/span>
