Head Bartender

We are hiring an enthusiastic Head Bartender to join our vibrant team at Zuma Ibiza. As a key member of our front-of-house experience, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest feels a warm, memorable welcome the momentthey arrive — and every time they return.

Please note - this role will begin at Zuma Madrid for training prior to the season starting.

What You Will Do 

Your leadership will bring poise, precision, and presence to the bar.

• Engage guests with thoughtful, personalised drink recommendations
• Oversee bar operations with confidence, ensuring seamless service throughout each shift
• Lead and develop a high-performing bar team through training, mentoring, and daily coaching
• Manage stock and ordering with accuracy to support smooth, uninterrupted service
• Share menu updates and ensure every cocktail is executed with refined technique
• Maintain an immaculate, organised bar aligned to Zuma’s global standards

What You Bring 

We’re looking for someone who pairs technical excellence with genuine warmth.

• A true passion for hospitality and exceptional bar experiences
• Previous experience as a Head Bartender in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or bar
• Deep knowledge of mixology and a refined approach to crafting cocktails
• A naturally engaging, guest-focused style that creates memorable experiences
