We’re looking for a Sommelier to join one of Hard Rock Hotel Malta’s signature dining outlets, where food, service, and music collide.

🎯 Your Mission

As our Sommelier, you’ll be the wine expert of the restaurant, advising guests on wine pairings, maintaining the wine list, and ensuring every drink service is impeccable.

📋 What You’ll Do

• Provide expert wine recommendations to enhance guest experiences
• Present, serve, and pour wines according to professional standards
• Maintain and update the wine list and cellar inventory
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless pairing and service
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the wine storage and service areas
• Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a great working atmosphere

💡 What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Sommelier or in a similar wine-focused role
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverage service
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the Hard Rock spirit 🎤
