đź’Ľ Your Role:

As Demi Chef de Partie, you'll work side-by-side with our talented kitchen brigade, supporting daily operations, preparing top-quality dishes, and upholding the unique culinary standards that define the Hard Rock brand.


🚀 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Chefs with daily prep and execution in your assigned kitchen section
  • Prepare dishes in line with recipes, quality standards, and portion control guidelines
  • Maintain the authenticity and integrity of the menu offerings
  • Ensure consistency, speed, and quality in every plate
  • Follow all HACCP food safety regulations and uphold a clean, safe kitchen environment
  • Engage with guests when needed to describe menu items and promote featured dishes
  • Participate in training and development initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative and positive kitchen culture
  • Support budget-conscious operations and reduce waste


✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid knowledge of basic kitchen prep, cooking methods, and authentic ingredients
  • Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment
  • Holder of a valid food handler license
  • Familiarity with HACCP food safety practices
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
  • A creative eye for detail and a genuine passion for food
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts in a high-volume kitchen
