As Demi Chef de Partie, you'll work side-by-side with our talented kitchen brigade, supporting daily operations, preparing top-quality dishes, and upholding the unique culinary standards that define the Hard Rock brand.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Chefs with daily prep and execution in your assigned kitchen section
- Prepare dishes in line with recipes, quality standards, and portion control guidelines
- Maintain the authenticity and integrity of the menu offerings
- Ensure consistency, speed, and quality in every plate
- Follow all HACCP food safety regulations and uphold a clean, safe kitchen environment
- Engage with guests when needed to describe menu items and promote featured dishes
- Participate in training and development initiatives
- Foster a collaborative and positive kitchen culture
- Support budget-conscious operations and reduce waste
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Solid knowledge of basic kitchen prep, cooking methods, and authentic ingredients
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Holder of a valid food handler license
- Familiarity with HACCP food safety practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- A creative eye for detail and a genuine passion for food
- Willingness to work flexible shifts in a high-volume kitchen
