💼 Your Role:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take charge of a designated kitchen section, ensuring each dish is executed with precision, passion, and creativity. You'll play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards, guiding junior team members, and contributing to a seamless and inspiring kitchen operation.


🚀 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operations of an assigned kitchen section, ensuring timely and high-quality food preparation.
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Manage stock levels for your section, including ordering and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other sections and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Monitor food costs and portion control to minimize waste and meet budget goals.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and allergen management procedures.
  • Perform quality checks on food preparation and presentation before service.
  • Oversee your section during peak times, coordinating tasks and workflows.
  • Mentor and support Commis Chefs, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working in a professional kitchen is required.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen preparation techniques, dishes, and cooking methods.
  • Familiarity with authentic ingredients and appropriate substitutes.
  • Valid food handler's license.
  • Keen attention to detail and a genuine passion for food.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
  • High standards of personal hygiene and adherence to grooming policies.
