About the Role
As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest interaction is warm and professional. Your role is pivotal in creating exceptional experiences and fostering guest loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming and engaging service to guests during arrival, stay, and departure in line with Shangri-La standards.
- Enhance guest relations and contribute to improving loyalty scores.
- Support smooth and efficient Guest Relations operations.
- Handle all guest requests promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive guest services, including check-in and check-out assistance.
- Ensure every interaction contributes to a memorable hotel experience.
About You
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a 5-star or international hotel in a similar capacity.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and local language.
- Able to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Possesses a pleasant, cheerful personality with strong guest service skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet hotel operational requirements.
