We're seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to help lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional food and memorable dining moments.

Position Summary
The Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and leading the kitchen team. This role plays a key part in menu execution, quality control, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, preparing, and executing menus for restaurant, banquets, and special events.

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and maintaining a positive work environment.

  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet resort standards.

  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

  • Step into leadership role in Executive Chef's absence.

  • Qualifications

    • Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in a commercial kitchen or high-volume food service setting.

    • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

    • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

    • Knowledge of food safety practices (ServSafe certification a plus).

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
