Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.

  • Assist in handling guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Support the front desk in managing room allocations, reservations, and billing.

  • Maintain guest records, update systems, and ensure accuracy in guest profiles.

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Learn and follow standard operating procedures for front office operations.

  • Handle telephone calls, messages, and email correspondence efficiently.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

  • Adhere to hotel policies regarding grooming, attendance, and guest service standards.

  • Participate actively in on-the-job training and departmental briefings.
