Our breakfast restaurant is the cornerstone of the guest experience—offering elegant, refined service and a menu that celebrates the finest seasonal ingredients. We are now seeking a passionate and experienced AM Restaurant Manager to lead this signature outlet.

Summary

The ideal candidate for the AM Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all breakfast service operations within our luxury dining outlet. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, this leader sets the tone for the day—ensuring every guest begins their morning with excellence. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a refined environment and enjoys the unique benefit of early morning hours, allowing for personal time in the afternoons.

 

Essential Functions

Job duties include, although are not limited to:

  • Lead daily breakfast service operations with a focus on delivering world-class luxury dining experiences.
  • Supervise, train, and inspire a high-performing service team committed to excellence and personalized guest care.
  • Ensure standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance consistently reflect a five-star environment.
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and labor costs in alignment with business volume and guest expectations.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a gracious and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Support hotel-wide initiatives and work closely with other department leaders to enhance the overall guest journey.

Reports to Hotel Manager


External Relationships

Has regular contact with Members, Guests, and Associates

 

Qualifications

  • At least five years’ experience in related field preferred. Hotel restaurant management experience preferred. Experience with supervision of employees required.
  • Food Service Sanitation certification. Alcohol Service permit (if state required). CPR certification preferred.

 

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Four-year college degree preferred.

 

Physical Requirements

Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
