The Fine Dining Chef is responsible for delivering an exceptional culinary experience at our winery, executing pre-determined menus with precision, quality, and elegance. This role ensures consistency, presentation excellence, and seamless kitchen operations in alignment with fine dining standards.
Prepare and cook pre-determined menu items to exact standards, ensuring flavor, presentation, and portion consistency.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.
Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold culinary excellence, safety, and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service.
Maintain inventory, control food costs, and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with local regulations.
Support special events and private tastings by executing menus flawlessly and adapting to guest needs.
Proven experience as a Chef in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments.
Expertise in executing pre-set menus with precision and consistency.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to maintain composure and quality under high-pressure service.
Culinary degree or formal training preferred.
Passion for fine dining, wine pairings, and exceptional guest experiences.
