The Fine Dining Chef is responsible for delivering an exceptional culinary experience at our winery, executing pre-determined menus with precision, quality, and elegance. This role ensures consistency, presentation excellence, and seamless kitchen operations in alignment with fine dining standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook pre-determined menu items to exact standards, ensuring flavor, presentation, and portion consistency.

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.

  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold culinary excellence, safety, and sanitation standards.

  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service.

  • Maintain inventory, control food costs, and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with local regulations.

  • Support special events and private tastings by executing menus flawlessly and adapting to guest needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments.

  • Expertise in executing pre-set menus with precision and consistency.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

  • Ability to maintain composure and quality under high-pressure service.

  • Culinary degree or formal training preferred.

  • Passion for fine dining, wine pairings, and exceptional guest experiences.
