Job Descriptions:

  1. Supervise daily F&B service in restaurants, lounges, in-room dining, and/or banquet operations.
  2. Ensure guests receive outstanding service and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  3. Monitor floor operations, staff grooming, and compliance with hotel service standards.
  4. Assist in staff scheduling, performance management, and on-the-job training.
  5. Coordinate with the kitchen and stewarding teams for smooth food and beverage flow.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel SOPs and local regulations.
  7. Support inventory control, stock requisitions, and daily sales reporting.
  8. Promote upselling of menu items and beverage pairings to maximize revenue.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, F&B, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A team player with a guest-first mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Familiar with POS systems and basic F&B reporting procedures.
  • Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are a plus.
