We are looking for F&B Manager, we rely on you to:
• You will be help to assist the Director of Food and Beverage in daily work scheduling
• Division to maximize profits, enforce quality standards, maintenance of high staff performance
• Ensures customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who：
• Minimum 3 years and above experience in a similar role in an international hotel or large freestanding F&B operation
• Good interpersonal & communication skill both in English and Chinese, written and spoken
• Passionate and Creative about food & beverage trends, leadership, business acumen and creativity
• Well know Hangzhou and international F&B trends, beverage, wine and culinary
• Natural ability to anticipate guest's needs
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Hospitality or F&B qualifications at degree level or above
• Bar background preferred.
