POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Country Club of Landfall is seeking a professional pastry chef. This chef must be well rounded with platted desserts, mini’s, cakes, pies, breads, etc.. We do many large events, such as, weddings, golf tournaments, gala’s, charity events and so on. Events range from 30 - 350 people on average and can go up to 800. Also produces desserts for three restaurants. One restaurant only operating one weekend a month. Must be a great multitasker and be extremely productive. This position has a full time assistant.
