We are recruiting anExecutive Pastry Cheffor a 5-star island resort in the Maldives. This senior role leads the pastry operation and develops creative, high-end dessert offerings.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the pastry team and daily operations
Design and develop innovative pastry and dessert menus
Ensure consistent quality, taste and presentation
Manage ordering, stock control and cost management
Train, mentor and develop junior pastry staff
Desired Experience & Qualification
Senior-level pastry experience in luxury hotels/resorts
Proven experience leading a pastry team
Strong creativity in dessert and pastry menu development
Excellent
knowledge of food safety and HACCP
Strong leadership, planning and communication skills
Good English proficiency
