We are looking for Executive Pastry Chef with qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Pastry-Bakery, in international 5-star hotels brands or reputable pastry-bakery catering companies.
- Proven ability to manage consistent standards of production, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
- Expertise in modern and classic pastry-bakery techniques, boutique desserts & breads, artisan breads, and breakfast buffet.
- Proficient in large-scale production for banquets, buffets, and specialty events.
- Expertise in dietary-specific pastry &breads creation: gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, and allergen-conscious recipes.
- Can manage a team including recruitment, performance evaluations, training, career development, addressing disciplinary matters, and fostering team motivation.
- Strong planning, multitasking, and time management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple breakfast operations seamlessly.
- Have problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively and maintain operational efficiency.
- Competence in managing the pastry and bakery business. Act and work as an entrepreneur.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, guest, and other stakeholders.
- The position requires ability in both pastry and bakery with strong expertise in Viennese production.
- Fluent in English is a must, enthusiastic communicator is mandatory.
