Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of six diverse restaurants and catering services at one of the Riyadh's leading hospitality destinations.

This role combines culinary creativity with strong operational and financial management. The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu engineering, food costing, portioning, recipe standardization, and system reporting, while also leading high-profile catering and banquet events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage culinary operations across six multi-cuisine outlets (dessert/pastry-led, Italian-Japanese fusion, Syrian-Lebanese, Persian, African-inspired, and Italian pizzeria).
  • Develop and execute menu engineering, costing, recipe standardization, and portion control for all outlets and catering services.
  • User Oracle Simphony and Material Control (MC) systems to manage food costs, inventory and reporting
  • Ensure profitability by controlling wastage, monitoring daily/weekly/monthly reports, and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Direct and supervise on-site and off-site catering operations, including banquets and large-scale events
  • Train, mentor and lead multicultural culinary teams, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Collaborate with F&B, finance, and operations team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.


Requirements
  • Proven 10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining, with multi-cuisine exposure.
  • Proven expertise in menu engineering, costing and food control systems.
  • Proficiency in Oracle, Symphony and Material Control (MC) is mandatory.
  • Strong background in catering and banquet leadership.
  • Excellent financial acumen and supplier management experience.
  • Strong organization and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple outlets simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
