🔧 Core Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and plating fusion dishes with Indian and global ingredients
Bake in-house breads and support daily dough prep
Maintain mise en place, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency
Train junior staff and uphold presentation standards
Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal dishes
👌 You Bring
Experience with Latin or Mediterranean kitchens
Solid baking skills (flatbreads, sourdough, etc.)
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a busy setup
