Within our Customer Success team, your role will be to organise events in collaboration with clients and service providers, including:
Ensure client satisfaction and rapid response to client requests
Conduct negotiations with service providers
Protect the company’s profit margin on each event
Build trusted relationships with clients and partners
Participate to the development of new processes, tools and product features
Participate to the onboarding and training of new joiners
During periods of lower activity, source and onboard new service providers
Compensation
You will be paid 1% of the value of each event (e.g. 500€ for a 50K€ event)
Additional 50% bonus based on client satisfaction
Potential full time hire (CDI) at end of freelance period
