Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to join our team in the beautiful city of Udaipur, India. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and profitability.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food and beverage offerings, incorporating local and international culinary trends
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of F&B professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the quality, consistency, and presentation of all food and beverage outlets to exceed guest expectations
  • Create and execute innovative marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize inventory across all F&B operations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Analyze market trends and guest feedback to continuously refine and improve F&B offerings
  • Collaborate with other departments to create seamless, memorable guest experiences
  • Cultivate relationships with local suppliers and partners to source high-quality ingredients and support the local community
  • Stay informed about the rich culinary heritage of Udaipur and incorporate elements of local cuisine into our offerings

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in food & beverage management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of food & beverage trends, with a passion for culinary innovation
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for quality and presentation
  • Proficiency in inventory management and food & beverage software systems
  • In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences
  • Knowledge of Rajasthani cuisine and local food culture is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Rajasthani is a plus
