We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie - Café Kool & In Room Dining Kitchen based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

 

As a Demi Chef de Partie, we rely on you to:

  • Prepare food production according to the Chef's specification, requirements and recipes
  • Be responsible for the display of food items and show pieces
  • Conduct food checks and ensure food are prepared according to Hotel standards
  • Supervise the work of junior personnel 

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Hotel / Catering industry with 2 years experience in a supervisory position
  • With strong understanding of kitchen operations, including daily operation, cost control, procurement system, HACCP and work safety
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
