We are looking for a Service Manager - Communication

As Service Manager - Communication, we rely on you to

1.Support the Regional Director of Digital Marketing 
2.Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
3.Maintains all digital marketing channels 
4.Drive online traffic through digital marketing campaigns 
5.Manage online content for the hotel and ensure all content is compliant with brand guidelines
6.Establish goals, measure performance of digital campaigns and assess against goals 
7.Analyse return on investment of digital campaigns and utilise data to enhance digital marketing strategy
8.Maintain the public image of the Shangri-La brand

 

We are looking for someone who:

1.Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
2.Enjoys being creative
3.Always thinks outside the box
4.Enjoys interacting with people
5.Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local Language)
6.Solid knowledge of digital marketing and the platforms associated with it
7.Preferably has relevant experience from an International 5* Hotel Group
8.Is strategic and analytical to deliver objectives in SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
9.Well-versed in SEO (Search Optimization Engine)
10.Adept in using analytical tools such as Google Adwords, Adobe Analytics, Social Bakers, etc.
11.Always kept up-to-date with latest industry trends and market practices
