A Commis II serving our In-House Team Dining Restaurant is always working on behalf of our team members and management and should have the following:
Previous kitchen experience in a hotel, staff cafeteria, or restaurant setting preferred.
Basic culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and good communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen team.

You will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team in food preparation, production, and presentation while maintaining all hygiene and safety standards.
What will I be doing?
As a Commis II – In-House Team Dining, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting daily staff meals according to established menus and quality standards.
Ensuring consistent, high-quality food production while meeting the specific dietary and nutritional needs of team members.
Supporting the smooth operation of the staff kitchen by working efficiently and completing tasks in a timely manner.
Practicing proper food handling, hygiene, and storage procedures to meet all health and safety regulations.
Assisting the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, stock rotation, and inventory control.
Contributing to effective food cost management by minimizing waste and using ingredients efficiently.
Communicating effectively with the Team Dining Chef and colleagues to ensure smooth meal service during all team dining periods.
Maintaining a positive attitude and working collaboratively with fellow team members to deliver a pleasant dining experience for staff.
