Job Description

•Collect and analyze data from the property management system (Opera Cloud), central reservation system  (TARs – Accor System), and other sources to track revenue performance.

•Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), revenue trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

•Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions to inform pricing strategies.

Qualifications

•Experience in hotel operations, ideally with a focus on revenue management, Familiarity with hotel revenue management systems (RMS) – EzRMs or Idea G3.

•Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools (Excel, data visualization software)

•Understanding of hotel operations, reservation systems, and revenue management principles
