Job Description

• Attend daily briefings and perform assigned housekeeping tasks efficiently

• Clean, maintain, and restock guest rooms and assigned areas according to standards

• Report damages, malfunctions, lost & found items, and unusual activities to Supervisor

• Handle guest requests and complaints tactfully and promptly

• Maintain equipment cleanliness, accurate room status, and daily productivity reports

• Follow Accor safety, security (ALEART), quality, and sustainability standards

Qualifications

• Primary school education
• Good oral proficiency in English language
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
