Hidden away on the second floor, our cigar lounge blends leafy Cuban aesthetics with a luxuriously elegant finish. From the chilled Havana-inspired soundtrack, to the expertise of our sommeliers, Oscuro provides a peaceful escape for cigar aficionados. 

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our Oscuro team.

Successful Supervisor applicants will become part of a fun, dynamic team working across all aspects of hospitality. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of Oscuro, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to members and guests on cigar selections, pairings, and maintenance.
  • Maintain a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere within the lounge, adhering to club standards and protocols.
  • Train and mentor Oscuro staff to deliver exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Manage inventory levels and stock rotation to ensure a diverse selection of premium cigars.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to create innovative cigar and beverage pairings for special events and promotions.
  • Uphold strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in accordance with club policies and regulations.
  • Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting as required.
