Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and supervise all staff.
- Maintain high service, cleanliness, and sanitation standards across all dining areas.
- Ensure proper staffing levels aligned with guest service needs and financial goals.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the Food & Beverage team to drive performance and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with all F&B policies, food safety standards, and liquor regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and drive continuous service improvement.
- Provide training, support employee development, and promote fair workplace practices.
- Assist the service team during peak periods when needed.
- Ensure strong product quality, presentation standards, and financial oversight (purchasing, cost control, invoices).
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- Chinese-speaking candidate preferred.
- Proven track record in fine dining restaurant operations.
