About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Chinese Chef to lead the Chinese kitchen of a renowned luxury property in Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of authentic Chinese cuisine, strong leadership skills, and the creativity to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional culinary experience specializing in Chinese cuisine.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same position at a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Expertise in traditional and contemporary Chinese cooking techniques.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

    • Southeast Asian nationals are highly preferred.
