We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Chef – R&D to lead our culinary innovation in a cloud kitchen setup, with a strong background in bakery (croissants, breads) and proven team leadership skills.
Develop and test innovative recipes, especially in bakery (croissants, artisan breads, dough-based items).
Lead and manage the R&D kitchen team—train, delegate tasks, and ensure operational efficiency.
Collaborate with operations to scale recipes for delivery and maintain quality.
Standardize recipes and establish SOPs for consistency.
Monitor food trends and bring fresh ideas to the table regularly.
Conduct taste trials and incorporate feedback for continual improvement.
Minimum 2 years of culinary experience
Expertise in bakery and pastry, including croissants, artisan breads, and fermentation techniques.
Strong organizational and people-management skills.
Willingness to work in a cloud kitchen model.
Comfortable working from Hyderabad or Kolkata (flexible based on preference).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
