Mō te tūnga | About the role:
The Chef de Partie will co-ordinate and prepare all menu items to the highest standards in accordance with the company standards and the directive of the Sous Chef/Head Chef. This position will supervise shift operations in the absence of the Sous Chef/Head Chef, manage meal service periods and supervise and train junior chefs.

The starting salary range for this role is $64,485 - $70,979 per annum. Appointments will be based on skills and experience (please note, the full salary range extends beyond this to allow for tenure progression).
