We are delighted to continue assisting a luxurious 5-star hotel which is part of an opulent group of hotels and event venues. Located near Cardiff, they are looking for a talented Chef De Partie with a love for exploring different ingredients and flavour combinations to elevate their team.

• £29,950 per annum plus £2,000 to £3,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…

• Creating a selection of stunning dishes that wow guests
• Working as effectively as part of a team to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
• Going above and beyond to perfect culinary skills and techniques
• Gaining knowledge and expertise from the more senior chefs in the kitchen  

This Chef De Partie role presents an exciting opportunity to work for a truly excellent hotel group that offers outstanding training and development. Creating a variety of dishes inspired by flavours from around the world, you will be responsible for impressing guests across several services.
