Red Gum BBQ is on the hunt for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our award winning restaurant. This is a Full-Time opportunity across our Seaford and Red Hill locations, with a great opportunity for career growth and continuous support and training.

About the Role:

The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing and supervising a section of the kitchen, ensuring that all preparation and cooking is of the highest standard and that the dishes are delivered to the customers efficiently and to a high consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items according to recipes and menus
  • Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the correct temperature and are presented in an attractive manner
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the section is maintained
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
  • Manage the section during busy periods, ensuring that dishes are delivered quickly and efficiently

About You:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a master of multitasking.
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and reliable with availability on weekends and evenings.
  • You’re passionate about BBQ, community, and creating unforgettable moments.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen
