We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to maintain consistent quality in a high-pressure environment.

2–3 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role within a 4★ or 5★ hotel or fine dining restaurant
Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and seasonal menus
Ability to work independently on a section and under pressure during service
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
Salary: R12,000 per month gross
