We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our esteemed culinary team at the Haymarket Hotel. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring timely and high-quality dishes.
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Monitor and manage stock levels within your section, placing orders as needed to maintain inventory.
• Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, ensuring the kitchen remains clean and well-organised.
• Contribute to menu development, bringing creativity and innovation to our culinary offerings.
• Maintain excellent communication with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

What you Need:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A genuine passion for food and a keen eye for detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead a small team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stock levels and place orders efficiently.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
