From Here by Mike, recently just awarded 1 Hat, is on the lookout for experienced Chef de Parties to join our team. We are ramping up for the festive season and our venues are in full swing!

Key Responsibilities:

• Confidently manage your section during service
• Prepare dishes to a high standard of taste and presentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen space
• Support and train junior chefs and kitchen hands
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and service teams
• Contribute to seasonal, sustainable menu ideas

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a premium restaurant or hotel setting
• Ability to manage a section during fast-paced service
• Flexibility to work a roster that involves nights, weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for sustainable cooking and local produce
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
