We are seeking a skilled and passionate CHEF  to join our team in KZN. If you are a results-driven culinary professional with outstanding organisational skills,  a creative approach to food preparation,  and admin skills, we’d love to hear from you.  

The ideal candidate will have strong culinary experience, excellent kitchen management abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals and exceptional dining experiences.

• Minimum Grade 12
• Industrial Cooking Experience an advantage
• Verifiable cooking experience in a similar environment, or a cooking certificate is essential
• Must be able to work long hours / shift work. Weekends and Public Holidays.
• Work long hours for functions.
• Be able to interact with clients and scholars professionally and in a friendly
• manner.
• Be able to time manage yourself and work under pressure
• Basic Health and Safety experience and knowledge of food safety
• Able to read and execute a recipe and menus
• Be able to present meals of a high standard
