The Club is seeking talented and experienced individuals to join the culinary team as Sous Chefs at one of their dining venues in South Carolina.<\/span><\/span><\/span> While all Cliffs venues and menus are distinct, they share a common thread: each features classic, regional cuisine, re -imagined for a new era of discerning diners. They are familiar and fresh with worldly influences — complemented by expertly curated wine and cocktail programs.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Assume full responsibility of culinary operations to support the Executive Chef.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Assist Executive Chef with writing and planning of menus for restaurant, banquets, holidays, or other special events<\/span><\/span><\/span> Help provide the training, supervision, and professional development for all kitchen staff.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Participate in the cooking process from production to execution, working any position necessary<\/span><\/span><\/span> Provide support for the Culinary Intern Program<\/span><\/span><\/span>
