Hello,

I am an owner operator of an exciting new cafe opening very soon on the Gold Coast called Cheek Cafe.

It is conveniently located right next to the tram at Broadwater Parklands.

I am seeking a Head Chef with experience, passion and drive to create a very special and unique experience for our guests. We will be open for breakfast and lunch 6 days per week, and serving a range of delicious and wholesome foods in creative ways. I would like a Head Chef who can begin as soon as possible to assist with menu development and costing.

I am seeking someone who is confident, grounded, calm under pressure, organised, respectful and positive-minded. Someone who is a leader, who has integrity and who has ambition and drive to create something spectacular with me. I have put a lot of love and time into creating a strong brand and customer experience, and I would love the menu to match this!

Cheek will be a wonderful workplace. It is a 100 seater cafe, on a sunny corner spot, with indoor and outdoor seating all centred around the large commercial kitchen. We will have a beautiful team spirit and work each day will feel like a true joy.
