Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join one of our Chattanooga-based concepts. You’ll be at the heart of day-to-day operations, working side-by-side with your team to ensure smooth service, strong sales, and a culture of excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

  • Maintain high standards of food, service, and cleanliness

  • Manage daily operations including labor, inventory, and cost controls

  • Hire, train, and develop hourly staff and supervisors

  • Drive top-line sales and bottom-line profitability

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

  • Collaborate with multi-unit leaders on business goals and growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)

  • Guest-first mentality with a passion for hospitality

  • Experience in scheduling, inventory, and team development

  • Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast

  • Maintain a safe working environment for Team Members and dining environment for Guests.

  • Work with the General Manager to ensure all financials are on track, recorded accurately, and on time

  • Eagerness to grow with a company that promotes from within

Qualifications

What we're looking for in a Manager
•    Minimum of 1-2 years management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant
•    A degree in Hospitality Management, or similar, is preferred 
•    Ability to coach and develop Team Members
•    Strong passion for hospitality and service
•    Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
•    Working knowledge of local and national health codes
•    Excellent communication
•    Must be able to stand for long periods of time
•    Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
