Casual Sommelier

We’re on the hunt for a Casual Sommelier to join our award-winning team at our stunning brasserie in Prahran. If you’re passionate about wine, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences, this is your chance to work with one of Melbourne’s most iconic venues.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver exceptional wine service with warmth and personality
• Support the Head Sommelier with cellar management and stock control
• Assist in training and wine education for front-of-house team
• Help guide guests through our wine list, featuring iconic French producers and outstanding Australian wines
• Work up to 30 hours/week across a flexible roster

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• WSET Level 2 (preferred, not essential)
• Strong product knowledge, but approachable and guest-focused
• Impeccable attention to detail and time management
• Confidence in fast-paced, premium service environments
• A true love of wine and a desire to share it with others
